Elite finishing of a country cottage
Finishing large real estate is an expensive process that involves various specialists and craftsmen. The work requires professionalism, high-quality materials, modern equipment, innovative technologies.
Finishing work is carried out in stages. As a rule, they are preceded by a visit of specialists to the site. On site, they measure areas, discuss repairs or finishing of floors, walls and ceilings with customers, and record all wishes. The goal of the masters is to compile the most complete report on the upcoming work based on the assessments received.
The task of the next stage is to create a design project to study the expected results and make adjustments. After that, from the presented sketches, the customer needs to decide on the choice of option, which the designer will have to work on in detail. If the customer has additional requirements, it is necessary to notify the designer in a timely manner. If the final design and construction estimate are approved by the owner of the building, finishing work can begin.
Elite finishing requires preparation. The cottage is completely free of furniture, household appliances, carpets, etc. Over time, the decorators of the performing company will select interior items taking into account the design of the cottage. The next step is to dismantle the coverings of walls, floors, ceilings, water and electricity supply systems and sewerage systems. If necessary, partitions are demolished. After clearing the space of construction debris, equipment and construction materials are brought in.
Rough repairs are carried out in the following order:
- installation of stationary or mobile partitions. Drywall, foam and glass blocks, wood and brick are used. With an elite finish,

- plastering ceiling and wall surfaces using special equipment
- protection of the cottage from noise and “surprises” of nature, i.e. installation of noise, hydro and thermal insulation. Preference is given to polystyrene foam

- arrangement of utilities
After the building material has completely dried, finishing follows, including:
- Installation of arched openings and decorative niches, sealing voids and seams at joints with plaster. Before decorating with wallpaper, tiles, painting, treatment with putty is required
- working with tiles. At this stage, the material should be used taking into account the level of humidity in the house. These are bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, etc. It is advisable to choose tiles, ceramic, terracotta or porcelain tiles
- carrying out painting work: painting wall and ceiling surfaces, decorative plaster
- finishing ceilings (single-level, multi-level) by painting, further covering with tiles or wallpaper
Floor coverings require extensive experience of a highly specialized specialist. They are made from laminate, parquet, linoleum, carpet, and tiles. Self-leveling floors are in great demand.
